Job Description – Technical Support Associate  
 
The Associate will be the first point of contact in providing solutions to customers’ technical issues. The Technical Support Associate is required to use expertise, passion and creativity to meet the needs of our customers. 
 
Responsibilities
Ensures calls are resolved in a timely manner.
Maintains the highest standard of quality and guarantees customer satisfaction on every call.
Provides product solutions.
All other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Experience in customer service (via phone, chat, in person, etc.).
3 or more CXCs MUST include English Language, Information Technology is also a plus.
Experience in a technical support and/or desk top support role.
Strong technical background (Computer technology and troubleshooting).
Understanding of the concepts of navigation, search engines, downloading music, and other web based applications.
Experience with resolving issues for smartphones, tablets and operating systems (PC or Mac)
Ability to work NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY in a call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
