Customer Experience Specialists — Immediate Openings 

Portmore Location

Responsible for providing value-added service to customers by fielding incoming calls and addressing their inquiries while achieving a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Ability to establish rapport over the phones quickly and maintain positive attitude
Work comfortably and efficiently with a computer system
Savvy research skills and competence in using the internet
Good typing skills with an ability to accurately achieve a minimum of 20 wpm
Express thoughts and information clearly and succinctly
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Flexibility to work any shift assigned within 24hrs and Jamaican Public Holidays
Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards 

 Ideal Candidate

Academic certification – At least three (3) CXC/CSEC/GCE/SSC Passes –including English OR a HEART Level 2 Certification OR High School Leaving Certificate
Mature with excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office 
BPO experience is a distinct advantage
